Dear Parent/Guardian,
Book and stationery collection will take place as follows:
· 1st Year:
Tuesday, 18th August 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
· 2nd Year:
Tuesday, 18th August, 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
· 3rd Year & 6th Year:
Wednesday, 19th August, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00p.m.
· 5th Year:
Wednesday, 19th August, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
These are the only collection times available for each year group. To ensure the collection process runs efficiently, books and stationery can only be collected during the allocated time for your child's year group.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate collections outside the allocated times or distribute books and stationery to other year groups on a different day, as we do not have the facilities to do so.
